Atmospheric Conditions	Cloud Cover Clear Temperature 41°F Wind Calm Humidity Moderate Barometric Pressure 29.83" Hg Rising Feels Like Mild NOAA said it was windy enough that the wind chill in Central Park was 32°F but there isn’t any wind here and it doesn’t even feel that cold. The sky is clear but not as blue as it should be so I suspect a light haze. Transparency Good Seeing II
