STS-129 is currently scheduled for launch on 16Nov09 at 1428 EST. It probably will not be visible as it flys past NYC. It looks like the only chance of seeing it fly overhead in tandem with ISS will occur on 17Nov09 sometime before 1655 EST and that will be a slim chance since it is still Civil Twilignt and ISS will only be Mag. -0.8.
